Shipping Policy

Shipping rates:

  • FREE Shipping on all orders – applies to the lower 48 states. Please contact us directly if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
  • FREE Pick Up is available at our headquarters (ByteSpeed, 3131 24th Ave S., Moorhead, MN)

Gravity Gaming uses high quality packaging materials and extreme care in shipping your gaming PCs to ensure they arrive undamaged and in a timely manner. We also include insurance on all packages.

For pick up, please schedule an appointment before picking up your order. You must bring your ID and credit card used to place the order.

Please contact us directly if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. Additional fees will occur with shipments outside of the lower 48 states. Contact us at info@gravitygaming.com for shipping rates outside of the lower 48 states.

If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us directly at 800-900-8809. Keep in mind every Gravity Gaming machine is custom built to order to ensure quality and performance of each computer. All Gravity Gaming computers will go to a 72 hour Burn-In process (48 hours of Burn-In for rush orders).

Once your order has been scheduled to ship you will receive an automated email with your tracking information from Gravity Gaming.

Our online Vector Support Portal is an easy way to look up your current order details including the tracking number. You can also track your support issues. For a login to the support portal contact support@gravitygaming.com.

Expedited shipping is available. Please email info@gravitygaming.com to request a quote for expedited or custom shipping needs. Additional shipping fees will apply.

If special delivery is needed (such as lift gate service for palletized freight shipments), there will be additional fees for shipping.

Shipping for returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, and manuals. You must contact Gravity Gaming customer support for an RMA# prior to return of merchandise (support@gravitygaming.com).

Shipping Warranty Parts. You must contact Gravity Gaming support prior to returning any warranty part(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the bad part(s) back to us. Most warranty parts will ship the same day or cross-ship. Accelerated shipping is also available option when needed for crucial situations. Gravity Gaming reserves the right to change the shipping fees without notice.
